Because PriceTag Pro subscriptions are billed by Paddle.com on pricetagproapp.com, refund requests are handled there under their refund policy, not through this website. Please refer to the refund policy published on pricetagproapp.com/pricing or contact support through that site.

Because TagCount subscriptions are billed directly on tagcount.app, refund requests for TagCount are likewise handled there rather than through this website. Please refer to tagcount.app/pricing or contact support through that site.

You can cancel a PriceTag Pro subscription at any time from your account on pricetagproapp.com, and a TagCount subscription at any time from your account on tagcount.app. There is no long-term commitment on either product — access continues until the end of your current billing period.
